We handle everything else — we compile the data, run the analysis, build the peer comparison, and deliver the readout. If your system can’t produce a clean report, we’ll set up a simple 30-day tracking sheet instead. No obligation, either way.

How much time does this actually take?
Almost none on your end. Your office manager runs one report from your scheduling system — scheduled procedures, cancellations, and no-shows over the last 12 months — and sends us the totals. About fifteen minutes, and no patient data. If your system can’t pull it cleanly, we set up a simple tracking sheet instead.
What happens after you have the data?
Nothing goes on your calendar. We send you the written report plus a short recorded walkthrough where we interpret the numbers and lay out what we’d fix first. You watch and read it on your own time. If you want to talk after that, you reach out. If you don’t, the findings are still yours.
Do you need any patient information?
No. Nothing we do requires protected health information, and we never ask for it. The diagnostic runs on counts — how many procedures were scheduled, how many cancelled, how many were no-shows. No names, no dates of birth, no medical record numbers, no chart detail, and no access to your system. There is no PHI in our possession at any point, which means there is nothing to breach and no BAA to negotiate.
What do you do with my data?
We never receive protected health information. Nothing we do requires it.
